Dockrell spins Ireland to warm-up victory
Ireland recorded a morale boosting 11-run victory over Canada on Sunday in the opening warm-up game for the ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier.

Ireland made 138 all out batting first, with William Porterfield top-scoring with 36 at the top of the order. Kevin O'Brien also made a valuable contribution as he hit 28 off 23 balls.

Canada will have been disappointed to make just 127 all out in reply, with 17-year-old spinner George Dockrell the star as he took 4-20, while Alex Cusack recorded figures of 3-23.

In other matches, USA won a dramatic game against the UAE by one wicket, Scotland defeated Kenya by 16 runs and Afghanistan beat Emirates Islamic Bank Invitation XI by 39 runs.
