Canada continued their winning ways in the Pepsi ICC Americas Region Division I tournament to set up a championship Game with host Bermuda here on Thursday.
Winning the toss and electing to field the championship contenders restricted Argentina to a modest 144 all out, on a day of glorious sunshine.
The Argentines innings never gained momentum as the batsmen labored for runs against a bowling team full of confidence. The spinners again caused problems for the batsmen in the tournament and sent down 32 of the allotted 50 overs.
Earlier opening bowlers Calvert Hooper 2-22 from eight overs and Khurram Chohan 3- 32 did the early damage with the new ball and set the tone for the Canadians.
Only Esteban MacDermont, batting at number eight, had an answer for the Canadian bowlers and his 31 from 37 balls with three 4's and the only one 6 on the innings.
The run chase was achieved with relative ease, and the inform Rizwan Cheema was finally dismissed in the competition, this however did little to the Argentines efforts of an upset victory as his 35 runs in 19 balls with four 4's and three 6's gave the Canadians a blistering start.
Zuban Surkari had 57 runs from 49 balls and slammed eight 4's and three 6's, and sealed an accomplish victory; Sandeep Jyoti was undefined at the end with 45 runs from 51 balls.
