Cayman Islands hopes for Americas WCL Division 1 triumph
Cayman Islands skipper Saheed Mohammed is confident of a successful campaign at the ICC Americas World Cricket League Division 1 to be played in Bermuda later this month.

The team has been training for the event early this year after a disappointing performance in the 2008 edition of the event in USA and the Pepsi ICC WCL Division 3 in Argentina last year.

Mohammed said: "The team is very confident this time round. We have brought in a number of younger players who are looking forward to prove themselves in the tournament."

"Going into the event, we consider all teams to be tough competition, and have therefore selected a team with all-round strength. The team morale is high and we will work hard to make it a successful campaign," he added.
